For those of you new to breathwork, it is essentially bioenergetics-  using our breath as a frequency, to awaken our inner power to heal, deal and transform-   from the inside out - without the need for heavy medication or lengthy conversations. Focused breathwork is a non-invasive holistic practice that encompasses a wide  range of conscious breathing protocols, sequences and benefits

During your first visit, you will meet with one of our experience guides to discuss your wellness goals. They will then recommend a personalized plan to help you achieve them and guide you though you wellness ritual.

Sauna, Cold plunge, Group breathwork Journeys an Sound Healing, Biohacking Tools. Private and monthly community wellness workshops , events, certification courses and corporate programs . We offer member towels, flip flops and mats and have them available to rent for visitors, We have two non-gender changing stalls, Hydration. 

Ideally we hope our clients utilize the benefits of combining hot+cold exposure, learn a few takeaway breathing techniques to improve the day-to-day, have a memorable senses journey and stay to socialize and integrate the shift with like-hearted peeps.

Locals non-members please bring a towel, we will provide one towel to members and rent for one $2

Wear swimwear in the Hot+Cold Soak Room and loose clothing when in the Social Soaks Activity Area.

If you do not show up you will lose a credit and receive a $20 no show fee, we do this to make sure all booking privileges can be passed on to other SHIFTERS. 

• Eating heavily before a breathwork journey. 
• Avoid alcohol and drugs, arrive clean, sober with no substances in your system.
• We get high off our own supply by using breath as a frequency to active feel-good hormones and natural states of bliss. 
• Refrain from Plunging if you had your hair colored that day.
• Have an open wound or menstrual. 
• No body lotion, recent spray tan , recent hair dye or oils.
• No jewelry.
• No phones-during sessions, this is your digital detox space. 
• No FOOD. No Glass. No smoking/ vaping indoors

You can change or cancel up to 12 hours before appointment only, otherwise receive a $20 fee to make sure all booking privileges are passed on to other SHIFTERS.
